The demonstration
Northline Heating & Air is not a real company.
We invented it so the demonstration has somewhere to answer for. It has no customers, no premises and no vans. Riley is an AI receptionist answering on its behalf, and you are talking to software throughout.
The scenarios on this site — the 7:42 inquiry, the dispatch log, the questions a call gets asked — are illustrations of how the system is designed to work. They are not accounts of real customers, and no figure anywhere on this site is a client result.
Please do not use the demonstration to report a genuine emergency, and do not give it information that matters. Nobody is dispatched, nothing is scheduled, and any appointment you agree with Riley does not exist.
What is claimed
And what is not.
This site describes how an AnswerCapture response system is built to behave. It does not promise you a revenue figure, a conversion rate, an answer rate or an uptime percentage, and you should be wary of anyone selling this who does.
What a system does for a particular business depends on how that business actually runs, what it is connected to and how it is configured. Those things are settled in a written agreement, not on a marketing page.
The website is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption, and the same goes for the demonstration, which depends on third-party services we do not operate. To the extent the law allows, AnswerCapture is not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or the demonstration.
Content and conduct
The straightforward part.
The writing, design and code on this site belong to AnswerCapture. Quote it with attribution; do not republish it wholesale as your own.
Do not attempt to disrupt the site or the demonstration, or use either to send anything unlawful or abusive. The demonstration is metered, so sustained automated use simply stops working.
Links out — to Calendly, and to the services behind the demonstration — are governed by those services’ own terms, not by these.
