What we collect, and what happens to it.
This page is short because the site does little. There is a contact form, a demonstration you can talk to, and a link to book a conversation. What follows describes those three things and nothing else, because there is nothing else.
Last updated 31 August 2026.
The contact form
Four fields, and where they go.
The form asks for your name, your email address, your message, and your phone number if you choose to give one. That is everything we ask you for. There is one further field, hidden and labelled “Website”, which exists only to catch automated submissions — a person never sees it and a person never fills it in. There is no tracking pixel and no profile built alongside any of it.
When you submit it, the inquiry is written to this website’s own database and then emailed to Duane. That order is deliberate: the record is stored before anything is sent, so a mail failure cannot quietly lose your message. The mailbox it arrives in is hosted by Titan.
How long it is kept. Thirty days after your inquiry has been delivered, your name, email address, phone number and message are deleted from the website database automatically. What stays behind is a dated row recording that a submission arrived and was delivered — it no longer identifies you, and it exists so that “did my message actually get through?” has an honest answer months later.
An inquiry that was not successfully delivered is never deleted on that schedule, because losing it would be worse than keeping it. It stays until a person deals with it.
The email itself sits in Duane’s mailbox and is treated like any other business correspondence, which means it may be kept longer than thirty days. If you would like it deleted, ask and it will be.
The demonstration
The conversation with Riley.
The demonstration is powered by Retell AI. When you talk to Riley in your browser, your microphone audio goes to Retell so the agent can hear and answer you, and the conversation is processed and recorded on their systems. Calling the demonstration number does the same thing over the telephone network, through Retell and its telephony provider, which means the call carries your phone number as any call does.
Your browser asks your permission before the microphone is used. Nothing is captured until you grant it and press the button, and ending the conversation ends the capture.
We may listen back to demonstration conversations to improve how the system handles calls. Please treat the demo as what it is — a demonstration line, not a confidential channel — and do not tell Riley anything you would not want kept.
Booking
Scheduling a conversation.
The booking button hands you to Calendly, a separate service with its own privacy terms. Whatever you enter there is held by Calendly, and the appointment it creates lives in Google Calendar as a Google Meet meeting. Nothing from that flow comes back to this website.
Everything else
Hosting, spam controls, and what is not here.
Hosting. The site runs on Kinsta and is served through Cloudflare. Like any web host and any CDN, they keep server logs that include IP addresses, for operations and security.
Spam controls. Three of them, and all three are about robots. The form notes when the page was loaded and rejects anything submitted within a few seconds of it; it carries the hidden field described above; and it limits how many submissions arrive from one internet connection in an hour. None of the three is used for anything other than turning automated submissions away.
What is not here. No advertising trackers. No third-party analytics. No cookies set by this site for marketing or measurement. Nothing you give us is sold, rented or shared for anyone else’s purposes.
Fonts and images are served from this site rather than from a third-party font or asset network, so simply reading a page does not announce your visit to anyone.
Asking what we hold about you.
If you want to know what we have, or want it removed, send a message or write to duane@answercapture.com. A person will answer. There is no portal, no form and no ticket queue.
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
